Winter Wolcott
Winter Wolcott
I'm originally from Ann Arbor, MI, but I've spent the last decade in Los Angeles working as a music producer & mix engineer. I'm a lifelong musician, starting piano at 6 and guitar at 12. I've also been an audio engineer since I was 15 thanks to Ann Arbor's amazing teen center, The Neutral Zone, where I learned the ropes of live sound and studio recording. In my free time, I'm an avid roller coaster & theme park enthusiast, and continue to work on various studio projects.
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

What in your background prepared you most to help your customers with their audio needs?
I have decades of experience in the music industry. Straight out of high school, I was on the road. I wore a lot of hats, working as a professional touring musician, stage tech, audio engineer, and production manager. After years of touring, I turned my focus to the studio, where I've worked as a record producer, songwriter, and mix engineer for the last 15 years. As a result, I have tons of real-world experience with virtually every category of gear we carry and a passion for helping folks find the best solution for their audio & music needs.
