Thankfully Kevin the seller was a helpful, stand up guy. He packed the guitar beautifully. Important because shipping was an absolute nightmare. We agreed to ship it UPS. Someone in the shipping dept. shipped it US postal service. It took 9 days. Tracking showed it sitting in a freezing Colorado facility. After 9 days I drove into town, as they do not deliver here in the northern Sierras. I stood in line to receive a dirty box with a smashed in corner and several holes. The interior box and the guitar looked good when I opened them 36 hours later. Did the guitar freeze and thaw a few times? Are there hairline cracks my old eyes can't see? Has the pickup been damaged or loosened? Who knows. 9 days to ship? Not OK. I'm a big Sweetwater fan. Small details can be very important. The seller was great, and much appreciated. The shipping was a bad chapter that has robbed me of peace of mind. No warranty, plenty of concerns. Result? I'm not a happy customer.
