Here we got a 2023 Squier Paranormal Stratosonic. Stock this baby has 2 push/pulls, volume is series/parallel and tone is in/out of phase. I have also added a mini toggle switch for a blower switch (bypasses volume and tone controls to give pickups a bit more output and bite). Both push/pull effects and pickup selector do work with blower switch engaged.

This guitar is setup with 11-48 Ernie Ball strings tuned 1/2 step down (D#/Eb standard). The P90s actually sound really good for a guitar at this price point. I have completely shielded the pickup and control cavities with copper tape to help eliminate/reduce unwanted noise and frequencies (EMI) when using high gain.

Damage:

I’ve done my best to picture all damage worth noting that I could find.

The body has multiple minor (buffable) scratches on various areas of the body.

The bridge post screws are a little marred from using a flathead screwdriver.

The back of the body near the control cavity cover there are a couple burns in finish from my soldering iron because sometimes my mind wanders when I’m doing things.

There is a small hardly noticeable ding the the back edge of the treble side horn.

This guitar is pretty rad. It would be great for someone in a punk rock band. I don’t play it enough to keep it around, it should be played!
