The seller did a stellar job packaging the speakers. The outside of the box looked like Fedex might have been a little rough on it, but the contents were well-stabilized and well-padded from the walls of the box. The speakers themselves were in exactly the condition that was described and they sound marvelous as well. I would buy from davoman again without hesitation and thank him very much for the time he put in getting the KRK's to me.
