Sweetwater Sales Engineers come from a broad range of backgrounds, and to ensure that every one of them is well-rounded in all areas of pro audio and music gear, we developed Sweetwater University. Today, this intense 13-week program is a major part of nearly every new employee's education. It's run by over 80 industry leaders and spans over 300 classes on subjects ranging from digital audio and modern production software to analog circuitry and acoustics. Many consider it to be more extensive than entire college programs!
