Modeled Vintage EQs, Compressors, and Zero-latency Mixers
Hardware-based emulations of classic studio gear
Antelope Audio's Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology allows Zen Tour near-zero latency performance and also powers the FPGA effects suite with authentic hardware-based re-creations of classic studio equipment. The FPGA effects respond more like real hardware thanks to Antelope's powerful modeling platform.
Authentic vintage models
Antelope's included FPGA suite delivers spot-on emulations of vintage processors. Sweeten tracks with Pultec EQ emulations, make vocals shine with the 1073 EQ model designed in partnership with BAE, add life to drums and guitars with the VEQ-55A plug-in, and utilize vintage and contemporary guitar amp and cabinet simulations to create larger-than-life tones. All of these effects can be instantiated on any input, output, or DAW track, making Zen Tour a powerful virtual effects rack.
Amp modeling for easy access to epic guitar tone
Zen Tour includes built-in amplifier and cabinet models based on some of the most iconic guitar gear around. Just plug your instrument directly into one of the Zen Tour's four hi-Z inputs, load up your preferred amp, cabinet, and microphone combination, and you're ready to perform and record, with no latency to frustrate your performance.
Antelope's world-class reverb
Part of the hardware-based effects suite is AuraVerb, an original reverb designed by Antelope's crew of audio gurus. And because it runs in real time on Antelope's proprietary FPGA engine, you can use it for tracking as well as mixdown with virtually no latency.
More models are on the way
The EQs, compressors, and effects in the Antelope FPGA suite are just the beginning. Antelope's engineers are continuously working on creating new models of classic vintage gear, and for now you'll be able to add them for free to your software suite as they become available.

Lots of I/O Options
Four mic/line inputs
The Antelope Audio Zen Tour interface packs four mic/line inputs. These transparent, low-noise mic preamps are ideal for most tracking purposes, with condenser and dynamic mics alike.
Four hi-Z/line inputs
In addition to the mic preamps, Zen Tour offers four hi-Z/line input channels. Plug in your electric guitar, bass, or acoustic-electric instruments for simple direct recording.
Two transformer-based Reamp outputs
Zen Tour's dual Reamp outputs make it easy to run tracks in your DAW through guitar amplifiers and effects pedals. Simply route tracks in your DAW to the Reamp output, connect to an amplifier or effects pedal, then run the signal back into one of the Zen Tour's hi-Z inputs.
Two assignable headphone outputs
Each of the Zen Tour's headphone outputs can deliver a unique headphone mix for monitoring. For small mobile recording sessions, this eliminates the need for a separate headphone amplification rig, simplifying your setup and session management. A Talkback button makes it easy to communicate with the talent.
Ample digital and analog connectivity
In all, the Antelope Audio Zen Tour's I/O selection is amazing considering its compact size. Two sets of stereo outputs with A/B switching are present for your studio monitors, and another eight channels of analog line outputs are available via D-sub. For digital connections, S/PDIF is onboard as well as two ADAT ins and outs.
Ideal for Live and Studio Applications
Enough connectivity for small bands
With a handful of mics on drums and vocals, plus hi-Z inputs for guitar and bass, Zen Tour is a smart choice for small format recording applications. You can also record eight line outputs direct from a mixing board, or up to 16 channels from a digital console via ADAT.
Comprehensive monitoring with talkback
Zen Tour offers outputs for two sets of stereo monitors, which you can quickly switch between from the touchscreen display. Two headphone outputs can each provide a separate headphone mix to musicians, and a Talkback button provides instant communication with your talent.
Advanced remote apps
Apps for Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android control Antelope Audio interfaces remotely from any device on your network. You'll have full control over Zen Tour's audio routing, built-in FPGA effects, input/output metering, etc. Plus, you can run the app simultaneously on multiple devices/operating systems (PC, Mac, iOS, Android) and have them all control one interface at the same time.
World-class clocking and conversion for precision audio performance
Any product worthy of the Antelope Audio name must have exceptional clocking, and the Zen Tour is no exception. Extremely low jitter creates vivid depth and three-dimensionality, along with wide and balanced frequency response from mastering-quality DACs capable of 129dB dynamic range.
Antelope Audio Zen Tour Features:
- Pro Guitar Interface A clean front end with zero-latency monitoring and Overloud amp modeling give guitar and bass players access to great recorded tones without the amp and the mic.
- Most Mic/Line Channels Multiple mic preamps and line/DI inputs equip Antelope Audio consoles for real-world recording applications: drums, full bands/orchestras, etc.
- Lowest Latency Thunderbolt's unmatched round-trip speed reduces latency to imperceptible amounts. The result is a near-analog recording experience for both the producer and the artist.
