Crown 1500 power amp
Crystal clear sound, great product, plenty of power. Great value. If Sweetwater carries it, you can be confident that the product will do what it's supposed to. Great people!!
Perfect recommendation
Called Rob and asked for a recommendation for my sansamp 2112. Great outcome for power and reliability. So please with all the awesome customer service at Sweetwater. I don't see this level of professionalism and outstanding support with purchasing and returning equipment. Others can learn from this.
Amazing
I bought this pa for my church to clean up the bad audio it had and it works amazingly. No issue with the sound coming out of the speakers and now everything sounds crystal clear. Highly recommended

crown amp xti-1500
bridged into JBL B 460. replaced a 82 Hafler 500. works just fine. 40 years buying crown. Krell and Classe is running everything else
A real sleeper amp
I currently own 4 of these (2 are the X2000 variants). That 450w/chx2 is an absolute understatement as it can put out an easy 1200-1600w total (4ohm) or ~1500w@8ohm bridged all night and not even get warm even when giving them a bit of abuse (cause you know that clip light's going to flash a bit), nor get all squashed out at high levels. They give the same clear sound at EDM type events as they would for a jazz festival. They do have a bit of heft to them but i'll trust these over crown's other offerings like the XLS or XTIs.
Great all purpose amplifier
I use this Crown amplifier for PA in basketball court sized rooms. It runs cool and sounds good. If you don't need any on board DSP this is an excellent value for the output power you get. As a nice bonus, all Crown amplifiers bought from 1/1/2020 to 12/31/2020 have a six year warranty.
Crown XLi 1500 Power Amplifier
Works great! It has more than enough power which translates into more than enough volume for my needs.
Crown xli1500
Exceeded my expectations completely. I figured this would be underpowered being a budget amp but im glad i was wrong. Im pushing a Yamaha cw118v with no problem, bridged of course, and more than enough headroom. I would definitely recommend this amp.
Tons of clean headroom for bass rig.
Wanted a budget friendly amp to power my new VST based bass rig. Currently running into 2 2x10 4ohm cabs. Way more power than I'll likely ever need. Pushed to ridiculous volume and have yet to clip the amp. Only negatives I can think of are it's pretty heavy and I wish I could bridge a 4ohm load.
Crown XLi 1500
I love it. I have other brands but Crown is my favorite. Never failed me nor let me down.
Heavyweight Champ
I have used, abused and loved many brands of power amp over the past 40 years of mostly live music, running sound mostly from the stage, so despite my new acquaintance with this particular model, I can state with confidence you can stick with Crown, they don't go down. I've simply never seen one fail.Call me old school, but I doubt I'll live long enough to trust the new, lightweight digital switching amps in the same way. There are no bells and whistles here, no crossover, no meters and only the bare minimum of visual feedback, but if the input/output options suit your application, you can expect many years of reliable service, and this amp punches like Mike Tyson on PCP. One half star deducted, because there are no handles on the faceplate, making the unit a bit tricky to withdraw from a rack, and the rear flanges are a tad thin, and prone to bending, if you don't rack it. However, a set of rubber adhesive feet are included, if you're gonna stick it on a shelf. If your preference is simple, reliable and affordable, look no further.

This amp did just what I wanted. A perfect match for my mixer and speakers, thanks, Carson! Took our live sound up several levels.
