I originally ordered these in a different color, which happened to be on back order for like a couple months. The Sweetwater team reached out immediately to see if I would be willing to switch to a black color so It could arrive much sooner. I approved the swap, and honestly I think the black looks much better than the other color would have, so win win. They followed up when it arrived to make sure I was pleased with the product. Never had such a proactive customer service experience.
