EVH Wolfgang Standard
I've been a Strat and Tele player for decades. Love them both as they are archetypal guitars. Wanted something different to set me forth on a new musical path and I have found it! Although I love the music of EVH it was not my intention to play it at least not yet. I knew a genius like EVH designed a guitar that can play anything and he did! Using this instrument to pursue instrumental, ambient, cinematic and borderline shoe gaze tones. Thanks to Sales Engineer Brandon Flynn for looking out for me and making it happen!
Can't Get Myself To Play Another.....
Ok, I took my time doing research and it paid off. Absolutely love the playability, sound, and vibe! Not a si gle complaint. Love this guitar! The pickups are excellent and the neck is exactly what I was looking for!

came out of the box perfectly set up and in tune.
This axe play so smoothly.
Once June comes around and they have this babies back in stock grab one while you can!!
WHen it ships they place it neatly in another to box to hide what it is so it doesn't get stolen.
The ring that rules them all
With the contour body this guitar is absolute comfort. The neck is smooth as butter and the pickups scream if needed. I settled on the amber model and it looks Sweeeet! This is the one that rules them all for me, it's got everything I need in a humbucking guitar. It's so easy to play that it almost plays its self.
I love this guitar
Great guitar for the money. Very comfortable, plays easy, great neck. The body is small so it is comfortable to hold. It sounds great. It looks great. I have always wanted a rock guitar, with the Floyd rose tremolo and all. The double hum buckers have that creamy fat tone with sustain that lasts forever. It's really a lot of fun to play.
Beautiful guitar and beautiful price!
This has easily become my favorite guitar, I find myself picking this up before my U.S. built Les Paul traditional. The feel of this guitar is incredible, it has the most comfortable neck I have ever played! It also sounds amazing, the wolfgang pickups are so clear and articulate they work well for any application and clean up so nicely when turning down your volume knob. I bought this over the special because of the color options, which are fantastic and also the standards have the body contours, which makes them extremely comfortable to play. The only criticism I have is that my particular guitar has had a little bit of problems with the floyd rose special, but not enough for me to drop the rating of this guitar down to 4 stars. This guitar is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone.
Absolutely gorgeous guitar that plays amazing!
I have wanted an EVH for a while and own many great guitars from classic Carvins to Les Pauls and Fenders. I have to say this guitar is very different! It is light and the fretboard is something I don't want to stop looking at and playing! Sweetwater had it set up nicely already for me and the color is gorgeous. It is also light and comfortable when sitting down playing. I play through a Marshall half stack with a tube screamer and the sound is menacing! It is holding tune well despite massive bending and shredding. I am very satisfied and recommend this for anyone looking for a different type of guitar that sounds and looks great.
