320 oscillators, unlimited polyphony
The beating heart of the VIVO P7 is a powerful quad-core CPU capable of processing 320 digital oscillators. This massive oscillator arsenal provides for virtually unlimited polyphony and allows for the simulation of all elements of the sound, including the mechanical noises characteristic of acoustic grand pianos. Dexibell uses higher definition, 24-bit/48kHz (32-bit floating DSP and internal processing) as a sound wave format with 256 times more resolution than 16-bit audio, greatly improving both the VIVO P7's frequency response and dynamic range.
High-resolution T2L sound engine
In the T2L sound engine that drives the Dexibell VIVO P7, the recorded waveform length of each individual note is between three and 15 times longer than the typical digital piano. For example, a low note on the VIVO P7 has an original waveform length of 15 seconds, whereas most current models average between one and 5 seconds. The result? Thrillingly vibrant and realistic harmonics throughout the evolution of each sustained note.
