Very good quality
While this is not exactly the same rack shelf I purchased, it is the most similar to the one I received. Middle Atlantic makes hundreds of products so in my case I had to search the web. Once I found the shelf I wanted, I presented it to Sweetwater and they special ordered the shelf and it arrived within a couple of weeks. It's a tad more shallow with only 1U and it's completely ventilated throughout. The build quality is better than expected, and it should hold most anything you can place on it. Middle Atlantic Products and accessories are expensive, but for good reason. They are commercial grade products that are typically found in server rooms, mainframes, government installations, etc. They are not flimsy at all, so I'm okay what the price.
