Our band really likes these, however it seems that sound engineers don't particularly like them, something about interference with other stuff???

Applications are important, so first off... I am doing small mainly-acoustic gigs as a duo--my partner sings/plays guitar, and I play fiddle, banjo, mandolin, I do some harmony singing... a few other things. We've got two Ear Trumpet condenser mics out there, and their wider pickup pattern--great for acoustic instruments--is a problem for a floor monitor. Plus, my partner just doesn't have the patience for proper EQing of a monitor (I tried...), and thus our sound was problematic, even though our gear delivers a great acoustic sound. The U4R2 solved the problem from the first moment we plugged it in. Crystal clear for monitoring, and the sound in the house was better. Not a hint of feedback. Seriously, this is an outstanding system.

These work better than I could have expected. I wish I would have bought them a long time ago. The warnings about WiFi interference are somewhat true, but it's been a non-issue. We had 1 show out of 20ish so far where there was some minor interference (the venue's servers were all using wireless tablets) but a little repositioning and it was fixed. On the plus side, we eliminated floor monitors, reduced our stage footprint, and can hear ourselves so clearly using mid-level Shure headphones. We're a duo, not a full band, playing small to mid-size venues but I don't see why these wouldn't work for most set ups. If you're playing gigs that would have enough people using WIFI to screw these up then you can probably afford a higher end system. If you're pounding the pavement in wineries, breweries, bars, and backyards like us then these can't be overlooked for the price and quality. I'm not a bot and I wasn't paid for this review (exactly what a bot would say), I just want you to buy these so you can feel as good about your sound as I do.

Excelent in ear, no noise, no delay

My new mission in gear is bringing as little gear as I can to a gig, and making that gear as easy as possible to set up.
I had a rack mounted IEM transmitter system that I had to put batteries in every 3 or 4 gigs, but I now have this. I bought the two receiver package so I could always have a fully charged backup at the ready since we play to a click and that is mission critical.

These receivers are in a metal chassis and feel indestructible. My last receiver pack was plastic, and while it hit the floor many times, it never got damaged.

I haven't gigged with this yet, but I have tested it out and it sounds great with a nice strong signal.
So far, love it.

This set could not have been easier to setup. They were already charged out of the box. I used the xlr-1/4" adapter and plugged the transmitter into my headphone out jack on my mixer. Plugged my phone into the one of the stereo channels and was immediately hearing audio. These things also look like they are built like a tank. Very happy customer.

I give this system 5 stars they sound awesome very clear. Very compact and user friendly.

We have tried Galaxy Audio, Audio Techmica, and Shure Wireless systems. The Xvive is much more compact easy to use and sounds great, when fully charged we can make it through a 4 hour show no problem, we have no interference problems and bought extra units as backups. For the price its worth giving them a try. Thanks to my sales rep. Tom Koch for always being honest and helpful.

Have only used at 1 show so far, but very impressed with the quality of sound. Having said this, we are using our Apple Ear buds with them and will purchase more appropriate ear buds later. They take a little getting used to and we found that we like having only 1 ear bud in so that we can also hear whats going on around us with the rest of the scene.

I bought them as a spare IEM and so some band members could use them (yes, I'm a nice guy)... They're working amazingly well. No drops, nearly silent, and easy to use. Three different venues in a week, and working like a champ. Couldn't have asked for more...

First in ear monitor system I have used and I love it good sound great range very light body pack and you can plug any head phones in. And I love that it is usb rechargeable.

I bought the U4R2 (2 receivers) and they have been working perfectly so far (used 3 times). No interference from a Sennheiser wireless lapel mic used at the same time, and also 2 iphones in the room. Happy customer so far!

Such a simple easy to use system. We found that it didn't work when we plugged the transmitter into the snake, but plugged it directly into the board and it worked perfectly. Does exactly what we need it to. Very compact and I love that fact that it is all USB rechargeable so we don't have to go through so many batteries.

This system in my eyes performs just as good as the big name systems.
For what I do they are perfect!

The Xvive in ear monitoring system is by far, the best I've ever used! I've been using in ear monitoring since the early nineties.(90s), and never had such an easier time getting it hook up, plug in and set up, as this Xvive. This Xvive has no hassle and is so easy and works GREAT!!!

I have other in ear monitoring systems and I have to say this is my favorite so far.
Great sound quality similar to my Shure system but the convenience of not needing to carry a rack unit and extra batteries will be a definite advantage.
I can tell it will need direct line of sight for a clear signal and have yet to test it in the noisy, crowded 2.4ghz environments of live use but am hopeful.
Great so far in practice situations!

I got this for my wife for Christmas and we performed a gig this past weekend. We love it. We are new to in ear monitoring so I can really speak to how it compares. I can say it was simple and easy to use. We chose Shure 2 driver ear units and they sound great. Natural sound. We perform as anywhere between a duo to our five piece band with drums and keyboard, bass and guitar. No more monitor speakers with their feedback and space requirements. In ear monitoring is worth the investment.

Our clients are lovin our new Xvive Audio U4R2 Wireless In-Ear Monitors. They like not having to wear headphones which makes them look they are a member of the Mickey Mouse when they are on camera. Our entire video crew uses them during production. Great value.
