Kush Audio gave Tweaker and innovative Sidechain Shaper that lets you focus compression on the desired frequency bands, letting you select and shape what the compressor "sees" and therefore how it responds - from simple highpass filtration to complex and flexible multi-shelving. Tweaker's Curve function simultaneously adjusts ratio and knee, from a gentle 2:1 soft knee to 30:1 hard knee limiting. You can also vary Tweaker's attack from 10 microseconds up to 70 milliseconds.

Tweaker's other cool features include high-torque, 21-step detented pots, simultaneous monitoring of Input, Output and Gain Reduction levels, XLR and 1/4" balanced I/O, linkable stereo operation between two units, and a universal voltage power supply. Tweaker's flexible release parameter lets you switch between a fast single stage (variable from 20ms-500ms) and a vintage Opto-style dual stage (500ms-7500ms). The Variable Drive control enables you to dial in the ideal amount of "character," while the dedicated Mix knob enables parallel compression, smoothly blending your dry and compressed signals.

Kush Audio leveraged the Tweaker design to give you their choice "analog presets," which emulate their favorite settings from legendary vintage compressors. You can use the presets as is, use them as a starting point, or go from scratch, knowing that you have a level of control not typically available in a dynamics processor.
