I have been a major Fishman fan for decades, I've owned many Fishman products, including every LoudBox model, and SA - 1 tower they've ever made, Several of them, twice. So it pains me to say how disappointed I am with this product. Not the product itself, per say, because I have yet to try it out. I have yet to try it out because, being a very orderly, thorough kind of person, I went to their website, as directed, to register my product, and download the software. I was amazed that their site, for this product at least, was woefully substandard! There was no confirmation of registration, and when I tried to download the utility software, I got a page saying I was "Unplugged"! I wrote to their support team, and immediately realized they weren't available on the weekend. This was on a Saturday, the day I received the unit from Sweetwater. So, I had to wait 48 hours for a response! On Monday, their support rep finally got back to me, saying they had been "having some problems with the webpage for the product" (no kidding!). On Tuesday, he suggested some URLs to try, all of which went nowhere. This is totally unacceptable! I've always had a great amount of respect for the Fishman brand. Now I am going to have to re-think that. I'm calling my Sweetwater rep, and sending back the unit. For all I know, this is a perfectly good product, but their "not ready for primetime" website is very unprofessional. I've had many years of experience with guitar synth products, with hex pickup systems (I still have the original Roland Guitar Synth in my studio), and was very excited about trying this... However, I have wasted too much of my valuable time on this!
