Nord Triple Pedal Unit for Nord Stage, Piano & Grand models with Half-pedal Operation
Nord Triple Pedal Unit for Nord Stage, Piano & Grand models with Half-pedal Operation Reviews
The Nord Triple Pedal is the perfect set of pedals for your Nord Stage 2 piano. This pedal set adds extra functionality to your Stage 2 with far more subtlety than basic piano pedals. The Triple Pedal includes a sustain pedal, as well as a soft and a sostenuto pedal in the standard piano configuration. These pedals are capable of half-pedaling, and even trigger mechanical catch and release noises, adding amazing depth to your Nord Stage 2's sounds. If you're looking for more than what a simple sustain pedal can give your Nord Stage 2, then you need a Nord Triple Pedal!
New for
Worked til it didn’t.
I was worried that it might be the piano ( Nord grand)
After testing with a polar switch able generic, it's not the grand. I don't think I want to replace it for what it cost. Too bad because I like the soft pedal, but I must have a reliable sustain.
TRIPLE
wORKS AS DESEIGNED
Must have!
The practical functionality of this triple pedal combined with the Nords endless sound possibilities help to make even a novice player sound like a pro!
Not happy
I purchased my Nord piano 4 and got the pedal. It worked amazing the first few months. All of the sudden it stopped working and no one knows what happened even after taking in to get looked at
Great Pedal
A little pricey but there are no other alternatives I know of that will unlock certain features on my Nord Stage 3. I haven't had it for long but if it proves itself to be reliable in the long term, I'll give it a full five stars.
Nord triple pedal
Does great but have not found anything I need to use it for that is better than a regular sustain pedal.
Triple pedal Really good but noisy mechanically
I love the triple pedal when I'm listening in headphones without an open microphone in the room. when I step on the damper pedal the pedal mechanics squeak and it makes enough room noise to drive you nuts.If I'm doing any live recording I can't use it. I bought mine when I bought my Nord Stage 2 which I absolutely love.I'm thinking I might open the pedal housing and see if i can spray some silicone or spit on it or something. I
A great addition to the Nord Stage II
I didn't purchase this with my Nord State II because I thought that it was a bit too expensive for what it did, but boy was I wrong. This thing is great and I'm sorry I didn't order it with my Nord. The pedal noise really enhances the piano sound to an extent I wouldn't have expected, and, while I doubt that many in the audience will ever hear and appreciate this subtlety, it really goes a long way in making the Nord Stage seem even more like a real piano than before I acquired this wonderful accessory.
it's cool!
It's cool. Great features include: 1.) This thing is kinda large compared to your normal sustain pedal. What you don't see in the picture, is that there is also a rubber mat that connects to the pedal and extends in front of the pedal where your foot would go. This is great because it prevents the pedal from sliding around while your playing. This has been a problem for me in the past that is finally solved. Love it. 2.) The pedal noise is GREAT. It's probably something that nobody notices but me, but it is just cool to hear pedal noise like on a real piano. If you don't like the noise, it can easily be turned off, but I like it. It's not too much, but just enough to make it sould like a real piano.
