Amazing
Just got my new D'Angelico and straight out of the box it had a few very minor scuffs. Called Sweetwater and spoke to Dominic and he gave me the option to return it, or because the scuffs were minute, I may get a replacement with the same or more defects.
He also gave me the option to have a 10% money back on my purchase, which I chose and that made me a Happy Camper.
The guitar is absolutely beautiful and plays excellent. I have two Epiphone acoustic guitars that I absolutely love and this guitar plays just as nice of not better.
The electronics are amazing. Great tone and clarity. I think I will definitely buy another D'Angelico acoustic guitar very soon. Great product for the price, well built and crafted to my liking. Definitely recommend this guitar!
Far exceeds expectations!
I tend to stay in a certain price point when I buy guitars. I am a drummer who dabbles occasionally and for my skill level I don't need a Gibson or Martin to accomplish my goals. Sometimes I get what I paid for and others i find an instrument that exceeds all expectations. That is is the case here. I am extremely confident that I can show this guitar to anyone, whether they play Martin, Taylor, whatever and they will appreciate this guitar for its tone, playability, and finish. Beautifully constructed acoustic guitar that plays well. The satin finish is incredible. When I removed it from the box, it was tuned and the action was great. Easy to play. Fast thin neck. Open chords sound resonant. Andrew, the sales engineer, was extremely helpful. He contacted me helping me along the way with my purchase, which I totally appreciated it.
