Fender Player Telecaster Solidbody Electric Guitar - Candy Apple Red with Maple Fingerboard Reviews
Some folks think Telecasters are a twanging one-trick pony. They obviously never played a Fender Player Series Telecaster. Loaded with dual Alnico V single-coil pickups, the Fender Player Telecaster delivers everything from country twang to jazzy articulation to high-octane rock 'n' roll — and anything in between. A modern "C"-shaped neck and 22-fret, 9.5-inch-radius fingerboard give you a decidedly contemporary feel with fast action and comfortable playability. You also get a synthetic bone nut, 6-saddle string-through bridge, and Fender standard sealed tuners. If you appreciate classic Telecaster tone but crave a more modern favor, pick up the Fender Player Series Telecaster. But be warned — you won't want to put it down.

the best buy of a life time
I love this guitar. I had one like it years ago and it was lost and this is almost identical. I couldn't be happier. This is my favorite guitar.
Outstanding!
I was never a Telecaster guy. I preferred Strats and Super-Strats. But, I wanted to just see what Leo's masterpiece was all about. I purchased a G&L Tribute Series ASAT and fell in love. Shortly there later, I bought another. Both of these were not ordinary T-types. I thought I'd check out a "normal" Telecaster. I bought this Players Series because of the great price. It is really hard to put down. From the absolutely perfect finish to the silky neck, this thing is unreal. And the sound, 100% Telecaster. How Fender can pull this off at this price point is voodoo witchcraft. I've owned an American Strat and still have a 2007 Aerodyne crafted in Japan. I'd put this baby up against either for quality. I'm not saying don't buy one made in California. But, give one of these MIM Telecasters a shot. You won't regret it.
