Fender American Ultra Luxe Telecaster - Surf Green with Rosewood Fingerboard Reviews
One look confirms it: the Fender American Ultra Luxe Telecaster isn't your father's Tele. Quite the contrary, this is a thoroughly modern axe that's built for modern players. The American Ultra Luxe Tele's compound-radius fingerboard and tapered neck heel turbocharge your playing, while Ultra Noiseless Vintage Tele single-coil pickups elicit classic Tele tones with zero hum out of any amp — tube, solid-state, or modeling. You also get an S-1 switch for expanded sonic options. What's more, this solidbody electric guitar comes armed with sealed locking tuners, a 6-saddle bridge with chromed brass saddles, and a Tusq nut. There's no doubt that the American Ultra Telecaster was built for Tele aficionados who demand ultra-performance.

Super Fender Tele!
This telecaster is absurdly beautiful. The noiseless pick ups, the SS frets… you can read the list of items this guitar has to boast. But, I just want to thank Noah Berends for making the purchase as easy as possible. He was helpful every step of the way. Thanks again for an unbelievable guitar!
It's good guitar
This comes down to personal taste. Hence the 3 stars (for the price). I saw this guitar and fell in love with the looks. I bought it. Do I have owners regret.....yeah. It is a very well made guitar. It looks beautiful and is well made. What I don't like is the thick body finish. It just feels like plastic in my hands. The neck does have a nice satin finished back. The string spacing is a little wider than a standard Tele, too. It has a compensated neck, which I do like. I am NOT a fan of the painted headstock. If they would make this guitar with a NOS finish....I would LOVE it! On to the pickups....they are good, they are quiet, but don't have that nice warm tone of an older vintage Fender. I played this against a 61 Fender Custom Shop Strat (spent many hours with the Custom Shop Strat)......and the Strat tones with those Custom Shop pickups blew it away. Believe it or not, my favorite Fender guitar that I own right now is my 50's Roadworn Ventura Strat. It just feels and plays so well. This is not a Strat thing. I also have a 2001 American standard Strat which I put noiseless pickup in. The playability of that Strat is incredible. My issue with this guitar is that it just doesn't feel right (for me). The playability of this Tele is really good. It is the most expensive guitar I own. Would I buy it again......NO. Will I keep it.....probably.
