I've got a 10x9" rack tom, a 16x16" floor tom, and an 18x16" floor tom, and these heads bring the PUNCH out of them like no other. Every time I hit the 18", I feel that boom throughout my whole body, something I definitely did not have before these heads, and the 10" still manages to sing out just as well while having that little bit of extra "oomph" in its tone/feel, with the 16" standing at a pretty in-between. If you're a metal drummer, or want heads that will sound powerful and shake the earth, these are definitely the ones I'd recommend the most
