Alto Professional TS412 2,500-watt 12-inch Powered Speaker
Alto Professional TS412 2,500-watt 12-inch Powered Speaker Reviews
Possessing the same desirable functionality as Alto Professional's TS3 series speakers, and boasting some favorable upgrades, TS4 Series speakers provide stage-ready performance that's easy to integrate into any setting. A whopping 2,500 watts of power generates a truly authoritative output, which can be controlled entirely via EQ control and from Alto's free smartphone app. TS4 speakers also come with True Wireless Bluetooth linking capabilities, providing a smooth, seamless connection between devices whenever and wherever you may need it. Sweetwater sound professionals are always looking for versatile speakers to bring to their next gig; given the TS4 Series speaker's lightweight build, there's always a surplus of them on standby.
hands down the best for dj, band or solo gig
to the person who's replaced 5 tweeters in theirs, I call total bullsh*t.... thats definitely operator error. Ive have several sets of these and have literally had zero issues.
Wow
I read a lot of reviews to find what I needed. I'm in a band that plays small to medium size venues. I wanted enough power for outdoor events as well. Another guy in the band got Alto TS12S subwoofers. We put them together outside and put them through the paces. I couldn't be happier with the sound quality, plenty loud and crystal clear, with plenty of headroom to go even louder. Thanks go out to my sales engineer, Jeremy Kaiser, for helping me out with another purchase from Sweetwater. When it's time for my next big purchase, probably a Helix Stadium, I will reach out to him again.
A solid rig for the money
I've used it in the studio as a recording monitor & live for monitoring & amplifying vocals, guitars (bass included) & an e-kit drum amp/monitor. It's versatile as hell. The Bluetooth audio does not play through the line out, which I like but it should be selectable. My only real complaint is no rubber feet but I've added some & all I well. The cover is a nice add-on, but it won't protect from anything more than light bumps & scrapes. It does keep the weather off the unit also. Overall, the sound is great, the app EQ adjustments are a bit clunky (but it's getting better) & it needs a Bluetooth audio to line out switch capability. It sounds great in any position including pole mounted. I will absolutely buy another one for stereo use. Thanks for putting it on my radar Gabe!
Love these.. Comparable to Mackie Thump
Love these... just as powerful as my Mackie Thunps, but much more clarity on the high end. I own both the 10 & 12 inch in this series. Skip the covers and buy cases, you will be much happier if you move around alot from gig to gig.
Works great for church in the park.
We bought set of these speakers to use for Church in the Park.
They work great. We bought two 25' XLR cables made by Gator and you can put a different color one each end which works great to know which one is going to which speaker. Just wished I had bought longer XLR cable. Will probably get one 50' XLR.
Nice Speaker.
I like this speaker and use it as a monitor. It does the job well.
I got a good price during a promotion. I would recommend it.
verry verry good
It the verry good sound
altos ts 412
Ok first let's start with room size 10x14 but entire house 2000 sq. and I hear them in the entire house and in my back yard no problem. 2nd delivery ordered Wednesday got it Friday after noon. ok now the good stuff Hehe I upgraded from Rockville rpg 15 tops I got them them 5 years ago they was true 250 watts rms. well now I picked up the alto ts412 and a alto 212s sub 12 inches but it all together with a sound exciter and a Pyle pmx7bu. now what I use my set up for. before people start to criticize. I am no Dj and don't plan to be. I use this with a tablet to stream my music nothing more. so for me this is plenty now. will talk about system the alto ts 412 sound amazing clear solid and punchy loud sound. do I think it's 1250 rms no I would say the woofer is about 400 t0 450 rms as for the lows for highs I don't" know had a few systems just talking about 2 here only but anyway back to the altos ts 412 these would work well in a small venue or mid venue no problem whatsoever. Do I think they worth the money as of this review yes would. I buy again yes as for longevity I just got them so they just a day old only time will tell. one thing I do know this is the first pa powered speaker that I could bring up volume pass half way with no clipping. I can take it up to 9 clock with out clipping. as for the app nothing special I could do everything from back of speaker. setting up tops and sub some advise save you the trouble and time and will sound great plug tops into sub. don't go from sub out to tops will not sound good and may not benefit from all the power. but do what you like you pay for your set. as for me i tried both set up. and for me tops out to the sub sound way better and lots of power. do I recommend them oh yes I do. will not regret. I do't get pay to do reviews but I was very happy with this and felt it was worth my time. save you money on Ev or what ever els is expensive all the same trust me I worked for a corporation. all they do is swap name and outer cabin of items we even sold the rights to use our brand on other speaker that was not ours. don't get me wrong if you spend 4 or 5 thousand yes you will get something way better but for $ or $ bucks more you paying for the brand. at the end all made in China. lol

This thing is going to improve my performances when I need amplification of acoustic guitar and microphone. Has a very clear sound enhancement. I look forward to performing with it because even in a slightly larger areas, I have been told more than once I wasn't being heard enough. I expect this to overcome the problem in church fellowship halls and such and larger nursing homes. The quality of the sound is very good with my acoustic Taylor 214ce and the Shure microphone I plan to be using. And I love the Bluetooth linking it does. Great product that I intend to get a lot of mileage with. So easy to operate! Can't wait to use it playing specials at church.
The "Speaker Use" Don't Work
The "Speaker Use" buttons don't work. Setting them to Live or DJ makes no difference in the sound. The bluetooth app seems to work but I don't care to mess with that every time I set it up. They say that they are 2400 watts but my 2000 watt QSC K.2s are much louder. I will say that these work great as stage vocal monitors. They cut through the mix very well.
Great Speaker at a great price
I purchased two of the TS412 speakers for a big band, they are used as mains for keyboard, vocalist, and sax soloist. Seem solid, well balanced, with plenty of volume. Work well in warm outdoor environment.
No Title
These are absolutely the best for the price. I looked at other systems. A friend of mine has a set 8 inch with Subs and they were great. I chose the 412 with 18 Subs... These things ROCK the walls....
Wow what amazing sound
We bought these pair of speakers to replace our LD Systems tower and what power houses, I haven't even turned them up to the half way mark because they would blast you out. The sound quality is super tight. Perfect highs and lows distribution. I would definitely recommend these. Great bang for your buck.
Constantly Blowing Tweeters
These Alto Speakers sound great...when they work. Unfortunately, they don't work for long. I have replaced tweeters in mine FIVE TIMES over the past few years. I don't run them hot or loud. I only use these in smaller venues. Don't waste your money. Spend a few dollars more and get something that will last. These won't.
GREAT GUITAR CABINET
