Taylor T5z Pro Hollowbody Electric Guitar - Cayenne Red Reviews
Fresh from Taylor, this T5z Pro Hollowbody Electric Guitar offers a classic premium spread of T5z features — namely, humbucking and acoustic pickups, a thin ergonomic body carve, and a silky string feel that’s out of this world. But this pro edition takes things up a notch with a stunning figured maple top and back and sides made from urban ash. These tonewoods are a natural fit for the T5z Pro’s hollowbody shape and hybrid electronics. Ash’s wide-open focus is a natural canvas for the clear, crisp tone of the maple top. Beyond powering compelling sonics in acoustic or electric modes, these premium tonewoods also show off lots of wood grain for a look that exudes luxury. Moreover, the T5z Pro plays like a dream with supremely soft action fueled by a 24.875-inch scale ebony fingerboard and comfortable modern carved mahogany neck. Acoustic or electric? For discerning players who crave both, this is the ultimate guitar. Strike while the iron is hot with a T5z Pro Hollowbody from Sweetwater today!

T5Z Pro
Eric Rojas was a huge help in getting this Guitar. I looked at it for a while. Really was not sure about the concept. Man am I happy I purchased it. Well worth the money. Looks fantastic and plays like a dream. I have a Taylor 414 Koa which is great but T5Z pro is the best of both worlds. Thanks Sweetwater.
Top notch
This guitar plays beautifully. I use it in the band and it cuts real nice like an electric guitar but maintains Its acoustic tone. I noticed that the pots would move around too easily and I put some stick on felt under the knobs, helped out a lot for me.
What I love is that I can use this guitar for mostly all the songs in our set list if I didn't feel like doing a guitar change. Like I can go from playing Wagon Wheel to Wheel in the Sky. Yeah yeah the 11's are a little tough to bend for the rock and blues but it's doable. and I don't normally use it for rock and the heavy stuff but I'm just saying I've tried it and this guitar can do it trust me.
I've had my T5z pro for about 6 months now and I think it was well worth the money. There's quality in everything on the guitar from top to bottom I can't see anything wrong. It's s a real piece of art and has that custom feel all the way through. It always in the rack next to my Les Paul's, Tele's, and Strat.
