The increasing demand for lightweight, portable, high-performing consoles permeates the lighting field today — and Avolites has listened! In fact, the company designed its T3 Console with just those factors in mind. Designed by lighting designers for lighting designers, the T3 Console can control complex lighting executions and integrate functions with video, generative content, and special effects through the software platforms Titan, Ai, and Prism. The console features a series of tactile controls similar to the Diamond 9 flagship console, with the same ease of use, intuitive design, and quality performance. There are also four physical DMX ports and a USB-C port to connect directly to your laptop running the software program. Right out of the box, the T3 offers 16 universes of control through Art-Net and sACN, with an optional upgrade to 32 or 64 universes.
Everything you need to run impressive shows
Sweetwater has found that the button layout of the T3 Console is similar to that of the Diamond 9 flagship console. This way, you don’t have to retrain your muscle memory when you switch from console to console. While the T3 Console sports a sleek outward design and has a small footprint, it delivers a wealth of tactile controls that make it more than worthy of 16 universes or more of full lighting control. At your hands, you’ll have three optical encoder wheels, 10 playback faders, 12 macro/executor buttons, nine Titan keys, 20 C&K flash buttons, and quick access to attribute groups.
The backlit Cherry MX Low Profile keys, like those of the Diamond 9, will keep you focused and engaged during any required execution. Meanwhile, four physical DMX ports allow you to integrate directly into your DMX network, while an XLR SMPTE LTC input provides for communication with external time code signals. A USB-C input connects directly to your laptop to run powerful Avolites Titan software. While the T3 Console has no MIDI connection, you can utilize MIDI through your connected laptop.
