Squier Affinity Series Stratocaster HSS Pack - Lake Placid Blue Reviews
The Squier HSS Stratocaster Pack with Frontman 15G Amp is the perfect entryway into playing the electric guitar. This great-sounding, smooth-playing Strat features a lightweight poplar body and a "C"-shaped maple neck with laurel fingerboard. Tonally, players are armed with neck and bridge single-coil pickups for that classic Strat tone, along with a high-gain humbucker for thick overdrive and low noise. When it's time to crank it up, plug into the 15-watt Fender Frontman 15G amplifier and dial in its awesome custom-voiced overdrive. The HSS Strat Pack also includes a cable, a strap, picks, a gig bag, and a 3-month Fender Play subscription — a superb educational resource packed with lessons on beginning and advanced playing techniques.

Sweetwater service.
I just received the Squire Strat Pack I bought as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. We had a couple of missteps along the way, first I got the wrong product entirely (someone just put the wrong label on the package) and then the first strat pack I received was damaged in transit.
To me things like that are understandable. It's the way a company fixes those problems that matter. And Sweetwater's customer service is top notch. From Matthew Klopfenstein, my sales engineer to Atlas fixing the guitar issue Sweetwater's customer service is what keeps me coming back.
Thanks guys.
Great package for beginner
This guitar and amp are a great starting place for this beginner. Came with all I needed and quickly.
Fantastic starter kit
The guitar plays beautifully. The amp is just perfect for a beginner. All of the accessories are super useful. Overall a fantastic kit to get if you're a starter.
Best Strat for the money…
After doing some research, I bought a Squier Strat pack as a practice guitar. I am blown away by how well it plays and just how good it sounds. The neck isn't as pristine as a higher end model but the touch and feel of the instrument is great. Dollar for dollar it tops an American model easily. As a learning or practice tool, you can't go wrong.
Overall
It's a good system for the money, took me a little longer than I thought it would, to get used to it, but it's my first electric guitar, so it's to be expected.
