The Fender Custom Shop has been building dream guitars for the cream of the guitar crop for nearly 20 years. From faithful reproductions of classic axes of the past to fully tweaked customs built to an individual's personal specifications, few instruments command the level of respect afforded Fender Custom Shop models. There are degrees of Fender Custom Shop models: Stock Team-built and Team-built Custom. A select few instruments are handbuilt by the Master Luthiers, the same luthiers that build custom instruments for the likes of Eric Clapton, Kieth Richards, and Merle Haggard. No better Fender
The vintage noiseless pickups and TBX Circuit makes crystal cleans and overdrive to fill the room. Neck is fast and easy ro play.

It's a shame we can't get our hands on one of these from the beginning but to really appreciate this you have to sort through a lifetime of average guitars. Fit and finish are what you'd expect from a custom-flawless! Wonderful set-up right from the start. Perfect frets on a very nice neck. It's just a great feeling guitar from the first time I picked it up. The best part is the pickups. This is easily the most sensitive, expressive guitar I've ever owned and this makes it so much better than a production guitar. You hear everything with these pickups! If a stiff breeze blows across the strings you'd hear it. I can't say enough about the sound this combination of effortless feel and those beautiful pickups brings-I love it! The color on the body goes from black to purple to deep blue depending on how the light hits it. Get one of these if you can and you won't be sorry. Sincere thanks to my salesman Alberto for all his help in making this happen.

Fender Custom Shop Eric Claton Signature Strat
I have three Stratocasters, Eric Johnson Signature Series and two Eric Clapton Stratocasters. They are without a doubt the best Stratocasters made on the planet. I have many guitars, many amps, Les Pauls, Lucille. I love this Stratocaster to play the Beatles songs through a VOX AC30 head and the VOX blue speakers and it sounds amazing for playing the Beatles. Very smooth guitar, very on top of the tone. I would highly recommend this guitar to any serious guitar player for any type of music. Make the right decision, buy this Stratocaster.

i have purchased many guitars over a fifty year period [ my first new guitar was a 1963 strat which i still have and cherish] but buying this mercedes blue custom shop eric clapton strat has taken me to a new level-combined with a mesa boogie electra dyne amp and a tc electronic flashback pedal honestly is all i could ever need-i have now been able to create a sound that is just incredible-the added benefit of the tone control knob is really unique-you cant go wrong with this guitar

It's the most amazing guitar I've ever played. I've played everything from Gretsch elektromatic, fender japan, to Custom Les Paul and Vinetto! Nothing compares to this axe! Clapton should be an employee at Fender!!!
Smoking CustomShop EC Start
I purchased a Custom Shop EC Strat and was blown away
After playing this guitar, All other 's have to meet up to this Bad Boy Standards, The soft V neck is right there, smooth with perfection, I have a roland VG 99 hooked up and it remains my main Axe. Haven't played the Les Paul Classic or picked it up after playing this guitar, Tone, Action, Smooth Neck playability, It's just one Bad Boy to Play
