Great budget strap locks!

These are super useful.

I have these on all of my guitars that are part of regular rotation. I have one strap per guitar, and these simple rubber rings have never failed.

Does its job, and hasn't failed me yet. Whats they're to complain about? A bit of a pain to remove, so I keep the strap attached all the time. But at least I didn't need to modify the existing strap buttons.

I love these more than new hardware into my guitars. I use them on every one. Prefer these to the Ernie Ball, but they are just as good. Haven't lost a strap yet during shows.

These are just what I needed to keep my strap from slipping. For something so simple and inexpensive, they really do work well!

Issue- original horn strap button in 70's bass guitar too small to hold strap in place (whether new Levy or well-used one). Near accidents, strap coming free! Considered a conversion to a strap lock system- too complicated-sounding to a newbie. Found the ideal solution in these Fender strap blocks. Strap attached, Fender item slips over button snugly. No binding or loss of motion. Am not whirling the instrument overhead. Problem solved for < $. Buy these!

These strap blocks are inexpensive and do their job as expected. They keep your strap on your prized instruments without worry of it accidentally coming off. I have them on all my guitars and ukuleles.

A practical and affordable solution to keep your strap from slipping off if you don't want to invest in strap locks. If you're looking for something you can swap quickly during a live show, you'll need to look into a $30 locking strap from Ernie Ball or D'addario, otherwise these will do the trick for 2 of your guitar or bass straps.

They are mildly annoying to put on, however, at this price that doesn't matter. They do what they are supposed to, what else can you expect. Thanks to Micheal Oksam.

These are too thick and stiff to stretch over a standard metal strap button and if you use a thick leather strap it won't fit. It might work on a small acoustic guitar button or end pin without a pickup jack but I haven't tried yet. Not worth $

No muss, no fuss, works as advertised. These are secure enough for probably 99% of guitarists out there; I don't know if they'd keep things connected if you're doing guitar windmills around your neck like in the '80s, but for everyone else they'll keep your strap in place where it's supposed to be. If you want to take your strap off after each playing session these aren't for you; you could do it by removing the blocks each time, but they're not really designed for that, I wouldn't say; they're more of a "set it and forget it" solution. And the price is right, you can't beat the security for just a few bucks.

They work fine on most strap lock buttons. Sometimes you run into a strap so thick that the lock doesn't feel quite as secure, but so far, I have never had a failure.

Great little device that seems like a no brainer for protecting your equipment. The washers fit snuggly on fender strap buttons. Will definitely ensure my guitar strap stays where it's supposed to. Highly recommend for the price!

I got theses things because my bass and guitars kept falling on me whenever I did minor things so I ordered theses after my guitar teacher mentioned them and they are a life saver. I never worry about my guitars falling off and you hardly now they're there.

I have these on most of my guitars but I didn't have a set on my 40 year old Les Paul that I have been working on recently and sure enough, that thing slipped out of the strap and was headed straight for the floor where I'm sure that wonderful set neck would have snapped but thankfully my ninja like reflexes allowed me to catch it before it hit the ground. I torqued my back out pretty good in the lunge though. I mean, I'll hit the ground before I'll let one of my guitars hit the ground and when a 40 year old Les Paul is headed for the ground, you do whatever you have to do. I don't care how uncool it looks. You catch that mother. So that's my funny story about strap locks but what I really wanted to say was I ordered these on March 13th, Saturday morning at around 8 AM (about 10 minutes after that funny story happened) and they were out on my front porch Monday the 15th, at 3:30pm. It took another very well known musical gear type place 3 weeks to deliver a Les Paul tail piece that SW didn't have in stock and I live in the state that that other place is based out of. I'm just sayin'. Sweetwater delivers the goods and fast. Their service is so excellent that I felt the need to write this review about it.
