I love their products and have owned them for years. The zipper is solid but as a gigging musician, we need pockets with zippers for mic clips and possibly additional XLR/midi cables. It would be a home run if they would add this suggestion to their line of mic stand bags. That is the only reason why I gave it a 4.5 out of 5.

The case itself is not super rugged, it won't protect from major damage and definitely not as checked baggage, but it's great for protecting the great paint job and carrying it around from vehicle to gig and back. Fits the Spider pro perfectly. I think the price is reasonable, but it really should just be included with the Spider (which is pricey already).

It's nice to have narrow at the top and wider at the bottom to fit the stand perfectly. This keeps scratches away!

It is a carrying bag only. It offers no real protection for the stand. My zipper broke early on and it is not long enough to fold up the mic stand. Basically, it is a bag that is the size of the stand. If that is all you need, then it is ok. If you were expecting any kind of protection or a pocket for the mic boom, or anything else, I would figure something else out.

It isn't padded, but then it is for moving your K&M stand. The stand is sturdy, but it is a bit heavy. This helps for carrying the stand in to gigs or moving it other areas. The cloth is sturdy and seams well done. I carry this over my shoulder with the straps, it's a bit short on the handle lengths to do it like that well, but positioning it so the stand is on your back side, it frees up your hands to carry other things.

Great bag, specifically designed for the K&M Spider Pro stand. Be aware that the handles are off-set and the bag is wider at one end. This is to account for the fact that the stand is heavier and wider at it's base.

To be fair, it does what it does -- makes the stand easier to carry, and provides a small modicum of protection. Contrary to other reviews here, there is no padding, it's just thick cloth-like material. The straps are long and designed to be a shoulder carry. I expect the cloth will eventually wear through. The carrying case for the Ultimate speaker poles is a much better value for the same price.

Zipper busted after 1 season. Handles too long as if they expect you to carry this over your shoulder exclusively. Spider stand poked through thin exterior eventually.

My Spider Pro stand gets moved around a lot and this carrying case fits it very well and also allows me
to pack the mike boom and vocal mike inside as well. Not the heaviest of material, but enough to protect
what's inside from getting scratched up. Easy to pack it, sling it over your shoulder and move on.

I bought my wife the Spider Pro stand, which she loves, and this case to accompany it. As her roadie, I always like a purpose-made case for quality gear. This case does provide a cover for the stand to keep dirt and rain off the stand, but the handles are thoughtlessly placed in the center of the case, while the vast majority of the weight is at the folded leg end of the stand. It is possible to carry the stand level with the ground, but only if you grab the handles at the point closest to the heavy end. It's better than nothing, but tiring to carry over any significant distance. Better than nothing, I suppose. I may try to find a strap system I can loop under the stand in its case to enable carrying it in a more balanced fashion.

the case is clearly designed for the Spider Pro, which snuggles right in. Minimal padding, but well constructed and I don't think carrying straps or zipper will be malfunctioning any time soon. Even in its case, the stand is still somewhat awkward to carry- when holding the case by its straps, the weight of the stand is much more at the leg end, which means that you cannot carry it level and balanced.
