Work well, but check your toolbox first
Easy to use, but didn't come with any install instructions. I'm sure you can find them online, but they were intuitive enough to put together pretty easy. Also, instead of using a Phillips screw like the old NL types, you need a T8 torx driver. I had one on hand, so it wasn't a big deal for me, but if you order one, you'll need one on hand
