truly aweful quality control
when I received the Showbox, many of the dials on the mix controller were nonfunctional. The product was quickly replaced (as it was a warrantied item), and now, the 2nd Showbox's headphone output is failing (after limited use over the past couple of months). The headphone plug, when inserted into the jack all the way, only gives the right channel - and if you insert only the tip of the plug (to the first ring), Showbox only gives the left channel. In addition the SD recorder often fails to record and often when it does it only records static (so it's very hit and miss whether I'll get a useable recording).
I really expected a solid product and it truly is NOT that.
