55 Point Inspection?
This guitar should have never been sent to a customer. There were holes, scratches, and scuffs in the fretboard, the action could not be set at a playable level, even with the Floyd lowered all the way down, and the tuners would not hold tune long enough after stretching the strings, to even attempt locking the strings down. There was a card included and signed by two Sweetwater employees verifying that all of this had been inspected. So why did they sell me this guitar? When I called about it, they offered to fix it "for me". No thanks. I don't want to buy a brand new guitar that needs fretboard resurfacing and shims in the neck. They refunded my money, but they can't refund my trust in their integrity.
