Stand Alone
Not the best. Doesn't give the security I need and is not as adjustable as it could be. Still, it's better than anything else I've seen. Certainly adequate...
Keeping my AX safe
Purchased this as I will be playing out again. Rather than trying to adapt a conventional guitar stand, I thought it best to protect this with something designed just for the job. Though a touch bulky, I'd rather know that my instrument is in goods hands. I definitely recommend this if you're going to have your AX out & about. Great investment.
Simple but effective
It holds the rather cumbersome, awkward shape of the Ax-Edge very well. I very much appreciate the locking bar at the top because the last thing I want to find is my Keytar is now a floortar and has lots of little pieces all around now.
Perfect stand
I'd say this is the perfect stand for my keytar. I am very happy with my purchase. And my customer service representative, Sammie, was extremely helpful.
Shoddy construction didn't last
After having it a relatively short time, I had stored it due to Covid and when I took it out to put my Keytar on it, I almost had a major mishap on my hands. The locking mechanism totally lost grip and did not hold the sliding bar, allowing the neck to turn and topple. Thank goodness I was there to catch it. Our fix was to drill a hole and put a screw through the two metal bars, rendering it unable to collapse to a smaller length but at least not able to drop or turn.
Perfect AX Edge Stand
This is the perfect stand for the Roland AX Edge. Very well built, yet reasonably portable as well.
It's just a stand, right?
NOPE. Having your beautiful AX within reach, safely standing next to you just BEGS for you to play with. Let the ol' girl out of its case! Get it out of the closet! Get it off the wall! Put 'er right there and you'll find yourself tickling the ivories more often than ever.
I removed a star because the quick release grip on the upper part of the stand isn't very grippy. It tends to slide rather easily. It doesn't affect stability, thankfully.

An absolute must
If you have an Ax Edge, don't hesitate and get this stand. Its sturdy, its heavy, and it fits like a glove!
For the price, you cannot beat this! Don't wait until you damage your key tar for placing it on some other cheap stand or guitar stands. This is the real deal!
