Great for the price!
I am really digging these headphones. My roommate had a pair that I borrowed and wow cant beat them for the price. These are pretty good for getting a descent mix much better than my old Sony studio headphones. Would highly recommend them for a budget studio headphone set.
Excellent bargain
I was looking for a set of headphones in this ohm rating and I came across these on Sweetwater. They are very inexpensive so I thought I'd give them a shot. Well, I am definitely not disappointed, they are great headphones at an extremely affordable price. You can't go wrong purchasing these.
Sweetwater’s best, Grant Vitek
Works perfect with my Casio that Grant Vitek recommended. Call Sweetwater and ask for Grant Vitek and you will be amazed!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and courteous!!
Perfect price point
Grant Vitek recommend these because they had ad great sound and price. I'm very satisfied. Ask for Grant Vitek he truly cares about all your needs and knows how to get you the perfect sound.
SR550 Headphones-Great quality sound!
First use of these headphones, I noticed the outstanding sound quality in volume, tone, absence of white noise. Strings are rich with a music studio feel. Did not expect this at a very reasonable price! Very wise decision to buy these headphones. Wish I had bought them sooner.
Grat headphones
I use these practicing guitar. They work great for this.
Head phones
Good pair of headphones. Quality sound and great for playing the keyboard without worrying about disturbing anyone.
Great, but some crackling in right ear
I'm not even sure whether or not this is my fault, but the product occasionally makes crackling sounds in the right ear that aren't in the original audio. Could have something to do with the cord. Otherwise, awesome sound, and this issue is infrequent.
Adequate for General Use
These headphones (Samson SR550) came in the bundle with my Roland DS-88. I would have to say that they are ok. They don't feel like they can take much abuse, feel super light (which can be a benefit), and the sound is adequate. I ended up giving them to my wife to use with the TV so she could watch and hear everything without blaring the sound, and she like the ok. If you have the fund to get something better, I would probably go with another set instead of these. But if this price range is all you can afford, then I would say they will work until you are able to get something better.
You get what you pay for
I ordered this item because I needed some extra headphones. I got these at a good price, although I did not expect much from them. They have a decent sound but their construction is very poor, and the cable is very fragile. You get what you pay for.
They work but that's about it.
I don't really like these at all. The sound is pretty cheap and tinny. The build quality is not very good, they feel like they'll break easy. They came as a package deal with other items, only reason I got them. I gave them to my kids to use on their digital piano till they break.
I'd honestly look for something else if you possibly can.
Headphones
Not bad for a bundled item. It feels cheap. Using my Bose headphones instead.
