Good, well rounded bass.
Spends most of it's time in a tiny room, paired up with a Rumble 40 amp. (Plenty for such a small space). Really good meshuggah-y sound, but it still lightens up and plays softer, clearer, or lighter music really well.
Amazing!
Feels great, plays great and sounds great. I have some small hands and it's really comfortable. My band required me to get a 6 due to the play style and man I love this instrument. It's also fairly light too. Great for different styles, but I mainly play death metal and it sounds amazing.
Fantastic Instrument!
Well packaged, shipped quickly, arrived on my birthday! The instrument plays great, I played with included strings and enjoyed them but then switched to La Bella Flatwounds. Great sound, great EQ, battery included! Highly recommend for any 6 string bassist, 5 string bassist who enjoys chords, Thundercat fans, and experienced musicians alike! ONE WARNING! This bass is HUGE! I am a rather big guy and even my wrist hurts playing too long. An adjustment is needed that will only happen over time. Keep that in mind, and dont give up!
Great Bass
Just started exploring the six string. This one is pretty much a great start. The action and setup were really playable right out of the box. I have been experimenting with the range and chordal tones. The versatile electronics lend this bass to being a bit of a do it all kind of multi tool. Love the modern finish and the weight is very reasonable. neck is classic Ibanez flat smooth and fast. Can't wait until I'm better practiced on the Instrument and can take it out live. As always Sweetwater service was excellent.
