It feels nice, well made, and clever at first, however, they advertise it as fine without screwing it in, just using the magnet tension. So i bought it as i have positioning requirements where it needs to be offcenter. It does NOT hold. It dumped a $ tablet in the floor. By some miracle it didnt hurt the tablet but managed to scar up the padding on the stand. A week later and this thing literally flies off the back of the keyboard from my dogs tail bumping the STAND, not the keyboard, not the tray, the 400 K&M matching stand. Im just tired of it. Its a hundred dollar piece of junk that actively jumps of the piano with a mission to destroy my tablets, piano and guitar pedals, and bank account. DO NOT BUY.

I love that it snaps on easily with magnets. The price is a bit of a joke. But I guess with Studiologic, we're in the Italian Designer department of music equipment, and overcharging is part of that particular game. The stand is sturdy but simple, and requires some clips or clothespins (or, hey! more MAGNETS! I just tried this, and it works like a charm!) when using single sheets of paper. It also doubles as a vision blocker for very shy pianists. Powder coated metal. Will live longer than your keyboard.

This is a well-designed product that attaches very easily and stays connected to the keyboard. The only reason I didn't give the full five stars is that, for my taste, the angle of the music stand is a bit too vertical.

Bought this to hold music on my SL88 and it really works well. The image currently shown for the product shows the two magnetic bars on the front where the music should be, which is not actually how it works. The bars stick really well to the back of the steel keyboard case and attach to the music stand itself leaving the front as a smooth contiguous surface to hold books or papers. The magnetic bars snap into a large groove in the back of the keyboard so you can position it pretty much anywhere along that grove other than a few spots where you have plugs/wires connected. Those can be avoided by shifting left or right a half inch so not a big deal. There is also the option to screw the connectors in, but I haven't found that to be needed. Maybe that's because my keyboard pretty much stays on my home studio desk and I'm not putting large books on it.
