I bought a Affinity Jazz bass a few months ago and then a PJ bass w/ these already installed, these definitely improved the clarity and response

Quarter pound Jazz Bass neck pickup
These pickups gave my squier classic vibe Jazz bass a lot of extra juice. I thought it was just okay, but when I changed out the pickups wow did these ever add a serious amount of juice. Great up grade.
