If you have a Beta 91, this is exactly what you need to complete this wonderful condenser mic. Easy and clean install. Holds the mic in place during performance or during transport. Works as advertised! Get yourself one.
Works Great!
Keeps the mic in a consistent position. No more sliding around with the thump of the kick. The mic holder also serves as a shock mount. This gives me a better and more consistent sound, which is exactly what I was looking for in a mic holder. The installation video from Nick D was very helpful as well. Perfect fit!
If you have a Share Beta 91 this SHU FLATZ fits and works perfectly! I have installed on DW COLLECTORS kick which has the six small air holes around the rest head. I didn't route the cable through those however, I just made another nickel size hole at the bottom for the tiny Shure mic cable. The SHU FLATZ is extremely tight and sturdy. I was worried it would flop around but it doesn't move at all. It "floats" the mic right on top of the DW internal muffling cushion perfectly. This is a great solution for kicks without a big hole cut in them. (Obviously is great if there IS a big hole as well!) The usual fast shipping and candy pack from Sweetwater!

Mic cradle
This is the second mic cradle that I have purchased and I just love the whole concept. Great product, highly recommended if you are using the 191/191a.
