perfect for rick-o-sound
this little gem of a box is ideal for rickenbacker's "rick-o-sound," which lets you output two pickups independently. all you need is a stereo cable from the instrument to the splitter, and then two regular mono cables to wherever (i run them into separate inputs on a helix). small, built like a tank, reliable. recommended!
Great value
This little box will save you a bundle on separate converters, unless you need those connections to be permanent. I don't. For situations where you plan on plugging and unplugging over the course of a day's work or so, this box is an awesome, cost effective problem solver. Very sturdy. Great bright red color.
In addition to being cost-effective, it is also sturdier than the same bundle of dongles, and I expect it to last much longer, in part for durability, and in part because it won't get lost or "walk away" as easily with someone else's cable bundles in a pack-out process when we're all tired.

i bought this unit on a wim ! when it arrived it is built tough & has all the connection options i would want & more ! the best thing is it is 2 seperate units in one ! you can use all the connectors at the sametime & that makes it very versatile ! great purchase !

Very good build quality and it does exactly what you want it to.
So handy
I liked this guy so much I just got another. Super handy to turn anything into...anything. You still have to deal with level mismatches yourself, but this box is way easier to work with (and find in a messy studio) than a pile of adapters/cables.

The Switchcraft SC600 Instant Problem Solver
I am just like you, ... a box full of adapters.. and sometime you cannot get the connection solution you need. Like you, I am always looking for that single solution that will instantly solve my connection problems. After seeing this picture of the Switchcraft SC600 it conveyed all of the information that I needed. I purchased two units, they arrived, installed them in minutes, all equipment worked ( I am building a home voice over studio), Friday I ordered two more SC600s along with some other equipment. Do yourself a favor and have at least one on hand for your next connection challenge. The SC600 is solid (real metal) an it's distinctive red color looks good in your system. Great connector box
The SC600 is really two boxes... each side has a complete set of stereo connectors.
I sometimes play my keyboard directly through the board, but sometimes connect it to my Pro Tools interface. This passive box lets me keep both connections hooked up, making my life much nicer.
