These are the best Most adjustable arm offered on the market. They have held strong for over 2yrs out lasted cymbals and continue to be best arms I've worked with!!
Major flaw on mine.
I liked mine for a while. It is a great concept, but there is one major flaw on the one I have: The 2 extension butterfly connectors come loose after a while and there is no set screw or ANY way to tighten it back on. They just slip and turn on the metal tube and nothing else holds it on. It is now unusable because it just twists every time I hit the cymbal.

Sturdy, different versatile boom arm
These boom arms are awesome . Can position anyway. Not your Grand Dads boom arm, very different , Ball and socket joints. sturdy,and updated into the new age! I have seven on my recording set and never have to worry about them. Solid and dependable . JR.Hall MacXander Band
The Ultra Adjust joints fail too easily
I ordered two of the Ultra Adjust cymbal boom arms. No problems with one of them, but when I tightened down the ultra adjust t-handle on the other, the plastic joint piece shattered. Interestingly enough, it's still holding the cymbal in place, but the quality of this gear is definitely suspect.
Pretty awesome
Needed a way to get s splash up over my hats. This thing may actually be overkill for that, but it's a terrific piece of gear. Totally flexible, and seems like it could pretty much support a cymbal of any weight. Looks cool too.
My new favorite cymbal mount
It’s a little pricey but it gives ultimate flexibility and looks cool too. After buying and using one I decided to outfit my entire Gibraltar rack with them.
