Dependable, Incredible clarity
This guitar quickly became my number one. It's shocking loud acoustically and the pickups are clear and expressive. I love that you get the same electronics as the core models now, so really the only difference is the shmancy woods! Obviously the core models are insane, but this one has been dependable, stays in tune, great for slide, rock, whatever you throw at it. Plus, if you don't it, you didn't ding a core model! Not sure what that other guy is doing to his toggle switches.
Bought this guitar 3 years ago with a hard shell case. It feels great and plays great. It has been shipped back to PRS in Maryland 3 times to fix electronics. They would not replace it after the 3rd time instead they would repair. Now it needs another toggle switch.
