A tremendous snare stand
Height adjustable to 26" which is higher than most snare stands. Very stable even with heavy bronze snares. Tilt adjustment is a cinch and very smooth. This is a tremendous snare stand. Highly recommended.
Pearl Snare Stand S1030
It's widely known that Pearl hardware is the best. This snare stand is no exception. The adjustable arms on the basket make life so easy when using a 15 inch snare. The infinite esdy adjustments to the rest of it are proof of a great design!
Great stand
The adjustments are nice and smooth. This is a big improvement over what I was using before.
Built like a tank
Bought this for a 14" steel tongue drum because it fit the bill as far as size and adjustability were concerned. This thing is very sturdy and durable. I had bought a cheap one on Amazon that looked good and had great reviews, but it took an act of Congress and 3 tools to adjust the height and the basket was wobbly. Yeah, this one was way more $$ but so worth it. And as always, great service from Sweetwater.

Solid Snare Stand
I'm impressed with everything so far. The basket adjustment is a nice feature, but I'll be curious to see if it holds up. In general, a sturdy stand for the money.
Awesome stand!
I have 2 of these guys and I love them. Super heavy-duty, easily adjusted, holds just about any size drum, and offers a huge range of motion due to the Gyro-lock system. I'm a big fan of Pearl drums and hardware, and this doesn't disappoint.
Sweetwater rocks
The pearl s-1030 is probably the best snare stand I have ever used. The gyro lock is one of their best inventions. Mark Stein at sweetwater is the best. Just say no to Guitar Center
