2 Thumbs Up
My only gripe is the dust cover not being included. I would rather it be included in packaging and price. Overall very pleased with my choice. Feels looks and sounds sturdy and premium. Plenty of torque to spare. Yes I would most definitely recommend.
Reloop turntable
I wanted to buy a used 1200 but I got this instead and am very impressed with its handling speed. And agility. Buy one you won't be disappointed.
Solid turntables!
Just hooked them up,just tested them out,I must say I am very pleased with their quality of sturdiness and how great they look! Awesome turntables!
Impressed so far
I used to use technics 1200-m3d's, but due to life happening had to get rid of them. I ordered these when they were back ordered and the Sweetwater guy's kept me fully informed on the status of them. They got delivered today, and I set them up and was totally impressed. They have features that the techs don't have. The adjustable torque and brake is honestly probably better than the techs. The motor is just as strong if not stronger than techs. There are other smaller features like, grounding wire, detachable target light, the multiplier on the pitch slide, angled power and rca cables, and more. I am sold as of now. As long as they hold up to the usage over time I will be more than happy! Highly recommend both this table and the Sweetwater team. Happy spinning!
Far higher quality than I was expecting
As is typical of Reloop products they tend to come in at about 50% of the price of Pioneer and Technics without feeling at all like I'm getting half the quality. I didn't have a chance to try before I bought so I wasn't expecting quite the level of quality I received for 500 dollars. That is truly a rarity honestly. This is very close to the technics with all the features I wanted. The extra start button is a nice addition and I actually am glad the LED target light is removable. There really much else to comment on, it's a straight forward turntable that is a class act all the way.
From Techs to Reloop
I used to DJ on Technics MK2 but sadly I had to sell them years ago.
Compared to the Tech MK7 I am quite happy with the Reloops and the improvements over Techs.
If Technics re-released the M5G in the exact same build quality and with more Torque this would have been a hard choice. But they didn't, so it wasn't. The MK7 is lacking features I want and I'm not convinced the build quality is the same as previous models. Combine this with the price of a MK7 and that was the death blow.
Great for turntablism
As a DJ/turntablist, I owned a pair of technics 1200s for years. Life happened and I had to sell them and go on a hiatus for a few years. Now that I'm able to afford DJing again, I decided to buy the RP 7000.
I've owned various other brands of turntables and the RP 7000 is the closest thing to an actual technics 1200 for the price. I keep the torque set to classic and it feels great when scratching and juggling. It's the perfect amount of torque when compared to technics. Everything about this deck looks and feels right. I'm strictly vinyl, so the extra start button is a great feature since I don't use dicers or 45 records.
Call Scott at extension 1273 and order a pair of these today. You won't regret it!
Qulity professional turntable
I've only had this less then a week but so far I am very impressed. The speed is rock solid. Isolation is great. Dynamic braking and toque are super smooth. The tone arm is precise. I like it better then the SL1200. A top quality professional/audio file deck at an entry level price!
