Low impedance open back headphones!
I bought these for my brother to use with his other birthday present 5 months ago -- a Casio GP310. He loves both. He thinks these headphones pair very well with the piano, are comfortable, sound great and fit well. They only come with a long cord, and he has trouble with cable management, so he just wraps the excess cable around the piano leg. He hasn't used them in other listening contexts yet.
If you don't already have a set of high quality open backs with a decent impedance rating (digital pianos commonly do not have very powerful headphone amps), then these cans might be just the trick. They are one of the lowest price points for an open back headphone with a decent "piano friendly" impedance rating. At 34ohm they should also work with a lot of consumer equipment. If I need a second set of open backs, eg if my current open backs don't play well with my piano (once I finally set it up!), I will probably buy a pair of these. They fill an important niche in the headphone market and I have not seen another low impedance open back headphone on the market yet.
New experience
I had always used closed headphone for listening to music, streaming, Skype, Zoom, etc. when I started on a digital piano after a 50 year break from piano lessons, I started reading up on open backed headphones. I have a practice room where I am not disturbed, but sometimes want total isolation.
I tried these headphones and found the sound I had been looking for. I was surprised at how different the experience was.
While I haven't tried other open backed headphones, I am totally satisfied with these.
