Worked Fine Until the Cat Ate It
Now looking for the same cable in double 90.

Sounds great!
Excellent cable
Extremely nice guitar cable, I'm very pleased with how flexible it is, and the quality of the jacks.

Great Value
A solid cable for the money. Soldered connections, sturdy plugs, flexible cable.
Works Well & Does the Job
I have been using this cable for the past three months now for both my electric guitar and active bass. The cable is well made and does the job it is intended to do. The included Sweetwater velcro cable tie is a nice feature from Sweetwater.
No need to break the bank on a quality cable!
I bought two of these for my expanding pedalboard setup into my amp's effects loop. I never tried ProCo until now, and I gotta say these are SOLID high-quality cables! To be honest I kind of shied away from them for a good while for no good reason but being a bit of a cable snob - I've learned my lesson earned for the better. No BS - they sound good, look good, feel good, ARE good. Time will tell about their longevity, but from what I see I have confidence they will last long in my rig!
I love it
I love how this guitar amp cord works
Great Service
I took advantage of the gearfest deal buy one get one free. Somehow in shipping the package opened and one of the cables came out. Called Corey Elliott and he had a replacement out right away. You can't beat that kind of service. Good job Corey.
Serendipitous responses!
I just wanted to add to my instrument cable review, that, the packaged I received from Sweetwater®, of Dunlop® guitar strap locks, also included - a variety of of classic, candy samples from my childhood!
Thanks, gals (and guys)!
NO NOISE - AT ANY TIME
Recently, I bought the 15'version of this great cable. This is the ONLY guitar cable I've ever used, which, was completely noiseless under all conditions. Whether I step on it - get it stuck under the wheels of my equipment - pull on it too hard, roll it too tight, etc. - it is entirely free of extraneous sound - outside of its intended purpose of sound transmission. It's worth far more than its price.
10 foot straight/right angle TS cable
These are great cables that I use everyday in my studio connecting my guitars to effects pedals. They coil nice and have the feel of a good heavy instrument cable. I am very pleased with my purchase.
Just what I was looking for
Cable has solid components, well assembled. I did not notice any odor. I am very pleased and would recommend it.
Strong solder on both ends!
The solder on both ends of this cable have been done right. Aside from having to tighten the housing on the jack plug (which you should always check anyway) the cable is high quality. The solder was not to thin or globbed on like an amateur. It would be given an A+ from any electronics institute on the solder job. I would highly recommend this to anyone based on the solder job alone, but besides that, it carries the signal just fine.
Nice cables
I've had a pair 20-foot Pro-Co cables for about 3 years. I've unintentionally abused one, but it's still solid. The cables are not stiff. The connectors are well-designed ("could" be removed for cable repair.) AND... they aren't horribly expensive.
I was pleasantly surprised with the 10' cables I recently bought. I don't know when the manufacturer began doing it, or if they will continue, but these came with hook/loop wraps/ties fixed to the cables. -- Somebody did good, with that idea. It's a small value-added thing, which I appreciate.
the best
i bought this cable and an amer. stage to compare. the sweetwater cable came in on top as its softer and the plugs are better made. (always listen to your sweetwater rep)
excellent value
helped feedback reduction and more durable than the 10$ cables ive been using. good cable, great service and fast shipping. (and free shipping to boot)
Excellent cable
These really are excellent cables, all pros and no cons, high quality at an unbeatable price, get one and you won't be disappointed. Sweetwater, you guys rock!
Solid value
Excellent quality, clean sound. My salesperson at Sweetwater recommended these and I'm glad he did.
Afordable quality
A quality cable that is heavy duty, i've used many cables that don't come near the quality of this one. The lifetime warrantee speaks for itself, coils easy with no memory. With all the cables on the market today I'm glad I chose this company.
It does what it's supposed to do
Bought two. Heavy duty cable for good connections. Had to tighten the covers at the straight plug ends.
Excellent Cable
This cable is perfect for any guitar. It's rugged, doesn't tangle too much, and looks well constructed. With a lifetime warranty, even if you destroy it, there is nothing to worry about with this cable. I'd buy it again for sure.
Pro Co ROCKS !
This cable is just about indestructible...high quality hardware and great tone...I've been using Pro Co cables for over 20 years...and still have most of 'em ! You can spend more money...but you really can't buy a better cable....period !!
Big difference
I gave only 4.5 cause I just used them tonight after work. These cables are a much needed upgrade that the cheapos I got with the package I bought with my acoustic electric, and the one that came with my second hand amp I got off of craigslist. They offer a much cleaner sound, and I cannot wait to use them more.
Quality at Value
I got this cable to replace a cable from a huge brand that it but it just didn't sound right to my ears. I switched to this cable and it feels like it is transparent, as if only you are coming through the cable with nothing added and nothing taken away, just how I like.
Good guitar cables
Like the price. Have several other excellines and they work great. I prefer the 10' straight- angle configuration and they seem to hold up well. I also have some 20'. My only issue is the barrels tend to work loose. A little electrical or other plastic tape and that issue is solved. I use red, white, black, and green plastic electrical tape for color coding my cables anyway,
Perfect for guitar/bass cables
These cables are the 'rubbery' kind. "They aren't woven but I prefer that because they move around easily when I do. So if your one of those folks like me that always runs your guitar cable behind your strap these are great. No issues with shorts and I have a ton of these guys.
Great cable
Pricey, but built solid. Connectors are top knotch .
Gets the job done.
Simple, inexpensive, no noise, just fine all around.
Exactly as expected
Great quality for a good price
Pro Co 10' cable
Well made and durable.
Good Buy
Simple as it gets. Needed an extra cable and this happened to be at the right price. No unwanted static or distortion even if I happen to step on it (bass player). Both my guitarist have them as well with no problems
Cables aren't just cables
I have cables from several companies, including big-name manufacturers who brand products they may or may not make. Some can be stiff and noisy. This cable works just fine. No noise and very pliable. I use it for a practice cord through a Fender Mustang practice amp and through my Twin Reverb for live performances or for fun practice when my wife is out of town for the weekend.. (heh heh....). Either way, great results.
Gets the job done
I like this cable. Thick metal connectors, good thick cable. The right angle should work on any guitar with a jack on the edge of the body. Not a fan of the clip ties they use to keep it together in the package, but insulation is thick enough that nicking it isn't a big deal.
OldpickerArlTX
Never have had a cord to break down, yet!!!
Was good, until...
Cable was good until, yesterday, I play in a chair in my home studio, cable is coiled on floor and plugged in from guitar to tuner pedal on floor, and it started cutting out, and I wiggle the cable and it has gone bad a few inches from the plug into the guitar. Its a few days more than 3 months of use. I have to say I do have many other Pro Co Excelline Cables and they all seem to be fine, but really they never get moved. I am asking my sales rep how to get a replacement with the Lifetime Limited Warranty....
Guess it is ok
This is a lot thinner than the Monoprice angled 10' cable. When it comes to cables, nobody beats Monoprice on price to quality ratio. This was on sale for 10 bucks. So it is ok. The Monoprice cable feels substantial whereas this one feels very flimsy.
Someone one in a review said this cable is thick and that is one reason I bought it. If this is thick, what would you say about the Monoprice cable?
...it is ok as I wanted something delivered fast and nobody beats Sweetwater when it comes to fast shipping. If had the time and if I have many cables to buy, I would buy Monoprice.
OK, I guess
Decent cable, nothing special. I don't like that when the sheath is unscrewed the angled cover comes off in two pieces. Other than that it is ok cable at a decent price.
After two years stopped working
I used this as my main cable for the last couple of years and last night it stopped working. I recommend spending more to get one of these "lifetime warranty" cables.
Horrible vinyl smell, threw it away
I really wanted to like this Pro Co Excellines cable, but the overpowering strong horrible vinyl smell was too much, even after airing it out for a few days. We could smell it from two rooms away. Never had that problem with any of the other brands of cables here. I can't recommend this cable to anyone who has chemical sensitivities or doesn't want to breathe the toxic outgassing from vinyl.Threw it in the trash, won't be buying this brand anymore.
