What an excellent instrument! The Lanikai QM NACET has a bit more than usual string width at the nut, which makes it easy to switch from this tenor to my bari when I perform (the bari is also from Sweetwater). My next instrument(s) and strings will be from Sweetwater.

The Ukulele was really nice I played my first Ukulele gig " I play only the high end guitars"on it I played with some people that have been playing for a long time and they were very impressed.the sound and the quality are great.the electronics were extremely nice I would recommend this ukulele for anybody coming into the middle end ukuleles.it is an extremely beautiful you are the greatest came through you gave me a great deal and I greatly greatly appreciate it.

I had problems with the first ukulele that I was trying to get it was sitting in the station for 4 days and I couldn't get it to me and I had to get one to play a Friday night gig.Sweetwater was extremely nice and exceptional of getting me a ukulele in time to play my gig on Friday night the overnighting me a whole different one and that was the Lanikai. I wanted theCordoba at first because it was made inPortugal and when they said they were sending me an Lanikai I research and it said that it was made in Hawaii and I was very disappointed when I got it and it was made in China(I try to not buy from China)but that's with Lanikai and I will deal with them separately as far as Sweetwater it was the best service I've ever had from any company I deal with them a lot(60 year)so thank you,thank you very much Sweetwater for getting the Ukulele to me(the gig went over big) I appreciate it

This Ukulele has a wonderful tone and long sustain, it sounds so good to my ear! It is a beautiful Uke as well. It is a joy to play both Acoustically or plugged in.

I am very happy with this ukulele purchase. I noticed it sounded a bit odd at first but found that there was a random silica bead packet (humidity control) in the body of the uke. Once I got that out, all good.

I have had my eye on this uke for many months, and finally just last week I paid a visit to Sweetwater to see it in person. I took it home. This Lanikai is well-crafted and breathtakingly beautiful. I am in love with this ukulele. Gorgeous warm tone with tons of volume that bellows with a full and deep resonance that makes you want to keep practicing and performing. If you're looking for a "step up" and if you're serious about learning the ukulele, then this one will not disappoint!

Lanakai makes some of the classiest Ukes , but also sound great . They have selected the Fishman onboard equalizer and tuner and I must say is superior to other onboard electronics I own .
The workmanship and finish along with the selections of woods on this tenor Lanakai is exceptional. The tone with or without electronics is bright and crisp and the bass rings out to balance it all out .
Love my new Uke !
