Amazing, perfect
I am a migraine sufferer so I wanted a pair of noise canceling headphones to listen to binaural beats when I get an attack. I wanted something that eliminates all outside noise and these definitely do the trick. They do so without making my head feel pressure on my ears like noise canceling headphones typically do. It also feels like the sound is all around me and not just shooting right into my ears. The sound quality is awesome, I couldn't ask for better. For listening to music they are great. The build quality is solid and I have no worries that they won't hold up to daily use. I like that when you put them on it tells you the battery percentage. Battery life is as described, no issues. Comfortable, no ear fatigue. Ears do get slightly warm when using but that's to be expected with over the ear headphones. The case is also robust with a smooth zipper pull. I can recommend these to anyone looking for a great pair of headphones.
Amazing for hybrid/remote work. The best all-purpose headphones.
I use these for interviewing people on live video calls, editing podcasts, and isolating myself with music while writing. The immersive modes make video calls more lively. It sounds like the people are in a room together with me. It's pretty neat for some music as well. I like the simple EQ provided by the Bose Music app because I listen to many different genres of music and lots of spoken content (podcasts, audiobooks, e-learning, etc) that are inconsistent and I have a certain sound I prefer for long sessions. VERY comfortable, they feel premium and durable, and they look like an adult. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these headphones. My headphone collection includes the usual recording and mixing suspects from Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic and Sony. The Bose QC Ultra are obviously not for transparent audio work - but they are phenomenal for casual listening purposes and when on the go.
