But seriously I own a number of amps (mostly Fender) and when there're not in use I like to keep them covered. It helps keep them clean and dust free and that goes a long way if and when the time comes for you to sell them. It's also a nice add on to help that sale move along. I will say that this dust cover on my Fender Pro Jr is way better than my other early Fender dust covers purchases. Those are made out of vinyl and while they do the job they're nothing like this new version of dust covers. Fender has taken it up a notch with soft cloth like fabric and embroidered lettering on the logo. It fits the amp perfectly and will easily fold up so you can store it in your gig bag when you're out playing. With its amazing look, fit, feel, quality and affordability of this Fender dust jacket you may never want to take it off. But that would make using the amp nearly impossible unless you cut holes in it. I know it's not the most exciting piece of gear you can buy but neither is underwear and trust me you need both.
