...but dude, they work - they work SO WELL! I have a set with slightly tipped down on the front feet - atop some Argosy stands and oh man - I'm so happy with how solid they are setting. It's all about the materials they use to make them - kinda sticky, not spongy and not stiff. The perfect pliability to support a monitor. Love 'em!!

I have always used traditional style professional monitor stands. But I just build myself a custom desk that is large enough to place them on. The stands were going to get in the way. I was very skeptical at first, but Brooke, my Sweetwater rep, assured me they'd work just fine. I've been using them for about a month now and am pleasingly surprised. My desktop has absolutely zero vibration from my PreSonus monitors, I get fantastic performance. Very happy with these, would highly recommend.

Wasn't sure about these until my sales engineer recommended them. They are spectacular!!! Its almost as if they keep my monitors from moving or shaking when I crank my FOCAL Alpha Evo 80's, which have a LOT of low end. They give you that extra inch of clarity that, to me, makes all the difference when recording (especially when mixing)

This sounds better than new tires feel! But then why would you drive in foam tires? Seriously, the difference is absolutely amazing! It sounds like I replaced my speakers with ones that cost twice as much! A very affordable upgrade for the difference it makes.

I had foam under them and thy. didn't have good sound. Have JBL and the ProJax 40 sound much better.

Up until a few days ago, I did not know/was not aware that these existed. My sales engineer, Jeff Jent made the suggestion after trying to find monitor isolation pads for my KH 120's. I could not be more happier with these, thanks Jeff! They are super easy to set up and have multiple options for height and angles to fit your needs. I have these on monitor stands and have no issues. I also use Sonarworks and did a comparison between my measurements with and without these on my stands and was very surprised/happy to hear much tighter mid/low mids (I have a good amount of build up in my room).

If you have any unwanted lows, this may be the fix. More accurate sound from my set up now.

These are great. Really really effective. After having them for a couple years now... my only issue is that they, ever so slightly, start to melt with a hot monitor. With the amplifier being in the back, those two tend to heat up more. One might consider place some felt in between? Something to get the heat off the isolators. Otherwise, a very affordable sound upgrade.

I'm not sure how I was able to be talked into these, but boy am I happy about it. When I received these, I tested them with Kali LP6 monitors on top of On Stage brand monitor stands. There's undoubtedly a difference in clarity with these parked underneath the speakers compared with their absence. They fit extremely snug, they don't allow for any movement (I pushed the speakers less than gently just to be sure), and they function as advertised. They're also very satisfying/ergonomic to pull apart and put back together. I have two in the back at their tallest setting, and two in the front at their second tallest setting (so the speakers are sitting ever so slightly above my head and pointed slightly down at me). They're adjustable enough that if I ever had speakers set lower or more in line with my ears, or if I switched to a desk instead of stands, I could simply adjust the height of the Projax by adding or subtracting the rubber pieces. I don't think I could use studio monitors at home without these now that I know about them. Spend the cash and see for yourself!

seem to eliminate more of the resonence and vibrations. Easy to use and feel like they are durable.

These are easy to use and do what you need. The only tricky bit is getting all 4 under a powered monitor as they really don't slide at all

These are perfect. Throw away your styrofoam and upgrade to the new generation of isolation. I seriously was so impressed that I bought them almost whimsically after seeing the demo. I literally threw out my foam because it did nothin but stop the rattle underneath my studio rack/desk.

These Projax WORK! BETTER than anything else you can find on the market

I will keep this short and sweet ....These isolators are ingenious. They take up zero additional space and make a huge difference! If you are using carpet squares and wood blocks to position your monitors and think they sound good, try these and your opinion of what you had will change. I had pretty good clarity and balance before, but the sound is much better with these plus it is much easier to get the correct angle I needed with my monitor placement. Try them, you will love them!

Some of the isolation systems are pure snake oil. Expensive snake oil. And that foam? It's not doing its job either.

The sound difference was palpable with the addition of these under our studio monitors. Highly recommended!

Finally! An acoustic isolator to replace the foam that doesn't break the bank. Listened to these with my reference tracks after installation and it was a palpable difference with my 8" JBL powered monitors.

Used adjustable foam isolators for years, because I got a custom-shaped set with my favorite studio monitors years ago, and simply never tried much else. Shrunk the size of my control space so I got a new set of monitors and my Sweetwater rep suggested these. Great move. These things really eliminate resonance to the stands and desk. Currently paired with Neumann KH120 monitors on KLH Metal Stands.

Used foam isolators for years. I've been in the search for new professional grade monitors and the first set I tried I wasn't completed pleased after speaking with a specialist at Sweetwater, he recommended I try ProJax before I return the monitors for a different pair. These really did make a noticeable difference over the Foam isolators! Keeping these and still returning the monitors for a different brand. Great product and they are really great because they come with individual height adjustments which makes it easy to setup your monitors at the right angel.

Don't let the price fool you these ProJax40's made a huge difference. I have Presonus Eris 8's on monitor stands. The sound was ok before but now the low end isn't muffled due to direct contact with the stands and the mids and highs are very clear..... I'm telling you that you need these if your monitors are on stands or your desk it will make a big difference and your mix decisions will change for the better.

Totally awesome!!!!! Absolutely no vibration into or out of the speakers. The speakers are completely isolated so there are no harmonics coming from the stands. There are also no noises being made from the stand's contact on the tile floor. These babies are well worth the money. The speakers to which I am listening sound like live music rather than speakers. The soundstage and presence are awesome. I find myself sitting back, closing my eyes and watching the imaginary orchestra play the tune. I've never had isolation like this before. There has always been some kind of vibration even when speakers are placed on two layers of thick pile carpeting with carpeting surrounding those speakers. These are going to be around for a long time!

One of the least expensive ways to truly isolate your monitors,a great upgrade for any studio. System is genuis, simple as it is, and one of the few products you can actually measure the difference it makes it immediate real-time testing. They are like a hot-rod overhaul on your monitors, enabling them to sound their best. Excellent product!

I have balked at paying $$ for foam isolaters due to mixed results; I have never been satisfied. I just accepted the status quo, went with what SEEMED best. Some are better than others, none provided the exact angle I needed. Place an angled piece of foam on a flat base, oh, wait...that wasn't really an improvement, maybe If I buy a second set just for another angled wedge piece to get to the sweet spot. Okay, almost there, close, but dang that's expensive, and not exactly what I wanted. Oh,well, deal with it. GRRrr... When I saw the ProJax on Sweetwater's site, they made instant sense. Drats, more money, but I was still seeking the best set-up for a favorite pair of monitors I know well. Bit the bullet, made the purchase, with the deciding factor being the vibration test. I received my set from Bob M in two days, took 10 minutes to change from the old-news foam versions to the new, meet-the-future, ProJax isolaters. I could hear the difference, immediately. No hype, No BS, RAB Audio cured my foam wedge blues. Oh, BTW...the vibration app I downloaded onto my phone showed the exact level of difference every other owner of the ProJax has witnessed. I just thought I knew my monitors, wow. Before you spend $$$ on monitor upgrades you can't afford, give these a try. 100% satisfaction product.

These rubber stands are easy to install and sound great.

When I first saw the vibration test video for these I was skeptical, but for the price I figured I'd try them. I already had the IsoAcoustics isolation stands but they were putting my monitors just a few inches up too high and I didn't want to angle them. I put the ProJax under one monitor and left my IsoAcoustic stand under the other and put the song in mono so that the same signal was going to each monitor. I then powered off each monitor one at a time while testing the other to prevent any vibration from the other, and the difference was very noticeable. Not only could I see the difference in the vibration analyzer on my phone, I could also feel it when I placed my hand on the mixing desk near each monitor. The monitors I had I felt were lacking in bass frequencies even though I had the IsoAcoustic stands and I just thought it was the monitors, but now with these ProJax I can't believe how much more bass response I'm able to hear and how much more focused it sounds from the signals being more isolated. Highly recommend these, definitely worth the money.

My monitors had been "shmearing" the mids so bad with the upper bass frequencies that I couldn't decide which of my mixes to use for demos! Distracting me from treble-clarity & stereo imaging. My little monitors never sounded better! I'm finally finding my best mixes!

Simple,effective,inexpensive...bang for your buck is an understatement.VERY noticeable difference in clarity. Have previously tried a few other products at a higher price points in both of our rooms and ProJax take the cake hands down. Download a vibration meter app and A/B with your current setup and see the difference. Your ears will tell you all you need to know though. Satisfied and then some..highly recommend!!

I was looking for something to isolate my monitors and struck up a conversation with Sweetwater's Evan Mehre. A few weeks later, he contacted me with his thoughts about the ProJax. I am very satisfied with the purchase. I first tried them out at a friend's studio, and the before/after difference was amazing. I've been using the Auralex foam monitor pads for years, always been curious about rave reviews of some of the other more expensive isolation systems, but never really wanted to spend a lot on something like that. These were cheap and would work with basically any set up so I thought I'd give them a chance. Really did wonders improving the clarity, image, and low end of my Adam A7Xs. I changed just one first so I could pan back and forth and compare to the Auralex pad to make sure it wasn't just in my head. Really clear audible differences.
