Sounds Good To Me
My hobby for that last 20+ years is making CD mixes for myself, my family and my friends. Having been an FM free-form disc jockey in the 70s and a producer for national TV shows like the MTV Music News, Backstage Pass and Take Off, I love to turn people on to music they haven't heard or haven't heard enough. I discovered these CMC Pro Inkjet Printable CD-Rs several years ago and they've been my favorite ever since. Great digital sound and they never skip. Oh, and the folks at Sweetwater are absolutely wonderful to deal with. Quick, reliable delivery and they genuinely seem to appreciate consumer feedback in order to make their service better.
If you don't like the music you hear, make some of your own
I've been using the CMC Pro Inkjet Printable CD-R discs for several years now and I recommend them highly. My hobby (obsession, addiction) is making music mixes on my computer and dubbing them onto CDs for my friends and family. As of 2022, I've made over 400 discs and there's no end in sight. I use a cheaper brand of CDs for my early drafts and found they sound okay, but sometimes skip on first listening. But the CMCs never skip and the sound is as good as any commercially produced CDs I might buy. I use an Epson XP-7100 printer to print the labels directly on the discs and they look . . . well, professional. If you use these discs for either your personal enjoyment or for demos, these are as good as it gets.
