THE ITEM WORKS WELL WITH MY UNIT.
Wrong polarity
Received it cause I lost mine. fits my Behringer Neutron, takes 12v positive tip. plugged it in and my synth quit working.
found out it is the wrong polarity. so now I'm repairing my Neutron.

I have an older model VoiceLive 2 and the wall wart just got worn out with all the gigging. Called Sweetwater and they verified that this was the correct replacement for the old wall wart.
