Best Overdrive Ever!
I hate Tube Screamers, but I love EQD's take on the pedal platform. More volume and gain than the original green box. Love the 3-way tone switch which gives me more overdrive stacking options. And its stacks beautifully with my SD-1 and BluesBreaker pedals!! If this pedal disappoints you then go back to playing piano.

I bought this pedal and did a video review on YouTube. This pedal sounds great and is versatile. I don't like the switch but everything else is spot on and exact. It's a great pedal and a keeper.
3-in-1 Goodness
This is my first Earthquaker pedal, and it's a great introduction to the brand. In a studio application it is particularly useful since it is essentially 3 different flavors- like it says in the description - and every mode is unique and highly musical. I especially like how in any of the modes, Plumes lends a shimmering high end to dark humbuckers… just gorgeous! Sounds insanely good on bass too. Nice job, Earthquaker! Oh, and the Sweetwater exclusive paint job is super sick!
Fun TS style alternative
Bought this to push a high gain amp and tighten up the low end. It's Great for high gain tones, but in my opinion it excels on low to mid gain applications.

This little unit has exceeded my expectations. Excellent tone tightening! So many other overdrive/boost pedals on the market, but in my opinion the plumes is the very best I've ever connected to an amp.Earthquaker devices DOES NOT disappoint!
