Best bang for your buck!
I own 7 accoustic guitars. I love each one of them for different reasons. I bought a Seagull S6 a couple years ago, and was very impressed with the quality, playability and the balanced sound of the instrument for the price. It's also made in Canada, and we all know it's hard to find a guitar made in North America for less than 2k.
I own a Martin SC13E-KOA, a solid Rosewood Takamine EF-369, and Yamaha AM3R. All are awesome playing guitars. I saw this new Maple flamed, blonde Seagul and couldn't take my eyes off it. I ordered it. I had them install D'Addario 11/52's and it shipped quickly.
I have since been unable to put it down. I ordered a burgundy leather strap to match the pick guard. It's simply beautiful. The onboard Fishman system is amazing, but it shines unplugged. The sound is instant and broad in range. I can't get over how balanced and big the sound is, and the sustain makes playing easier in my opinion. The neck plays great. It's not as fast as my Martin, BUT it is a better top to bottom sound. The beauty of this guitar is unmatched by any in my collection. The binding is flawless, and the blond maple headstock against the dark fretboard creates an amazing effect that listeners as well as enthusiasts will enjoy. I can't say enough about it. It's very unique in its sound and look, and I highly recommend you buy one!
